El Dorado Rum Tasting

Diamond Distillery and the El Dorado brand have a fascinating story in the history of rum, dating back to 1670. With 9 stills on site, collected from the distilleries of Guyana that closed down, there are some really unique production methods going on (including some stills that are the only one of their kind in the world!)

The El Dorado range provides a fascinating and delicious insight into the history of sugar and rum production in Guyana and the Caribbean. We are delighted to be joined by Simon Cox from Cask - UK distributor of El Dorado, to tell us all about the history of the brand and taste a variety of fantastic rums.
