October marks the heart of orchard season, when apples and pears reach their peak and bring a crisp, autumnal character to the glass.

Calvados cask-finished whiskies, local cider brandies, and fruity gins - this month Spirited is capturing the freshness, warmth, and depth of flavour that define autumn drinking.
