Ahascragh Distillery is an independent, family-owned Irish whiskey and gin distillery based in the village of Ahascragh in County Galway. Founded by Gareth and Michelle McAllister, it is recognised as Ireland’s first eco-distillery, operating using renewable energy sources rather than fossil fuels.
