Milk & Honey (M&H) is Israel’s first and largest single malt whisky distillery, established in Tel Aviv in 2013 and producing exclusively kosher whiskies. The distillery’s early development was guided by the late Dr. Jim Swan, with Tomer Goren serving as Head Distiller since inception. The first releases appeared in 2016, followed in 2017 by Israel’s first single malt whisky, whose maturation is accelerated by the country’s warm climate.
