Collection: Spirit of Birmingham

Spirit of Birmingham is a grain‑to‑glass distillery in Birmingham, England, and the city’s first legal whisky producer, established by a group of local enthusiasts in 2020 using a mash bill of five carefully selected heritage grains to create pot still whisky, vodka, gin and beer. Its inaugural whisky release in 2025 marked a historic milestone as Birmingham’s first ever whiskey, with the spirit matured in a mix of casks including virgin Staffordshire oak and ex‑Buffalo Trace barrels. The distillery continues to mature additional casks while producing other handcrafted spirits from locally sourced ingredients.
