A Speyside Story with Tormore and Elixir Distillers

Elixir Distillers is a blender and bottler of exceptional whiskies, as well as being the owner of the picturesque Tormore Distillery in Speyside, which it welcomed into their portfolio in 2022. 

Speyside is an area in the Highlands, concentrated around the river Spey, and has the highest concentration of distilleries of any of the Scotch Whisky producing regions. For this tasting, we are joined by Oliver Chilton, head blender at Elixir Distillers to tell us all about this fascinating region, focused around the new style of whisky being produced under their watch at Tormore, as well as sampling whiskies from their Single Malts of Scotland range of independent bottlings, and discovering the history and various styles of whisky produced in Speyside.
