Aber Falls Manzanilla Cask

Aber Falls Distillery, situated in the village of Abergwyngregyn (aber-gwin-greg-in) near the iconic Aber Falls waterfall, is North Wales' first whisky distillery in over a century. Committed to sustainability and local sourcing, the distillery utilises Welsh barley and water, producing whiskies that reflect the region's natural beauty and heritage.

This limited-edition single malt was matured in Manzanilla sherry casks, and imparts a distinctive coastal character.  This a beautiful combination of green apple, and chamomile, with almond croissant, and a hint of sea breeze salinity.
