Bearface is a Canadian whisky that boldly undergoes an elemental ageing process in the Canadian wilderness. Beginning its maturation in bourbon barrels, this single-grain whisky is later transferred to French red wine and virgin Hungarian oak casks, then stored in a repurposed shipping container in bear country. The drastic temperature fluctuations in the region create intriguing conditions for the whisky and wood to mingle.
