Blind Summit is a tiny independent bottler based in Leith. A project launched by two whisky-loving friends with a extensive experience in the industry, these bottlings are focused on exceptional quality cask ends or part casks, that are saved from finding their way into blends and either re-racked or further matured until ready to be bottled. Through collaborating with local artists, each bottle is also a beautiful piece of art. You really can judge these whiskies by their cover - with care, and attention to detail going into every step of the process. 

This Cameronbridge was aged for 30 years in a refill bourbon hogshead. It has everything we'd want to taste in an old grain whisky. Delicate, sweet, vibrant with delicious dessert like flavours of icing sugar, fudge and candied citrus.
