Blind Summit is a tiny independent bottler based in Leith. A project launched by two whisky-loving friends with a extensive experience in the industry, these bottlings are focused on exceptional quality cask ends or part casks, that are saved from finding their way into blends and either re-racked or further matured until ready to be bottled. Through collaborating with local artists, each bottle is also a beautiful piece of art. This Glentauchers is one of only 105 bottles and is bursting with delicate floral flavours of honeysuckle and apple blossom along with fresh ginger, coconut sponge cake, and fresh plums.
