Blind Summit | Highland Park 7 Year Old | Refill Oloroso Sherry Cask

Blind Summit is a tiny independent bottler based in Leith. A project launched by two whisky-loving friends with a extensive experience in the industry, these bottlings are focused on exceptional quality cask ends or part casks, that are either re-racked or further matured until ready to be bottled. Through collaborating with local artists, each bottle is also a beautiful piece of art. This Highland Park is 7 Years Old and full of classic sherry flavours of dried citrus peels, alongside some notes of almond and sea spray, all backed up with a rich oily texture.
