Blind Summit is a tiny independent bottler based in Leith. A project launched by two whisky-loving friends with a extensive experience in the industry, these bottlings are focused on exceptional quality cask ends or part casks, that are saved from finding their way into blends and either re-racked or further matured until ready to be bottled. Through collaborating with local artists, each bottle is also a beautiful piece of art. This Glentauchers is one of only 168 bottles and is full of all the classic fruity flavours of Linkwood: apples, pears, pineapple, alongside gentle red berries sweetness, vanilla and toasted oak.
