Boatyard Double Gin

Boatyard set out on a mission to create the most perfect gin and vodka in the world for Martinis, and they might just well have done it. Wheat is carefully sourced from the best growers in Ireland, so there is full traceability on where the raw material is coming from. The gin is then made by steeping juniper and other botanicals in the spirit, before redistilling through juniper again in a vapour chamber to create a super juniper-y delight.
