Boatyard Old Tom

This Old Tom Gin from Boatyard is created using their gin base, which is then rested in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. A small amount of sticky sweet Pedro Ximenez is then added to the final product to create an unusual style of Old Tom that is just the right amount of sweet.
