This 11-year-old single malt from Ben Nevis was distilled in 2012 and matured in a single bourbon cask until bottling in 2024. It offers a bright, spirit-forward profile with notes of apple strudel, icing sugar and citrus, layered over a base of creamy cereal and gooseberry sweetness.
