Cadenheads Enigma Lowland 10 Year Old Oloroso Cask

Cadenhead’s is Scotland’s oldest independent bottler, founded in 1842, celebrated for its transparent bottling practices and focus on single-cask expression quality. Their Enigma range challenges perceptions by offering mystery whiskies - no distillery name on the label - letting the cask and character speak for themselves.

The 10 Year Old Lowland expression was re-racked into an Oloroso hogshead in 2023, adding rich sherry influence. This whisky offers a nose of Madagascan cola, raspberry coulis, date syrup and poached pears. The palate follows with notes of raspberry coulis, coffee grounds and vanilla pods, finishing on dried fruit, poached pear and a touch of oak spice.
