Cask Exploration Whisky Tasting with Filey Bay

Filey Bay is a wonderful farm distillery in Yorkshire, who grow all of their own barley and craft delicious whisky. With a sister brewery up the road, they are in a great position to share casks, and create some interesting maturations and cask finishes. They don't stop at the brewery though! They source excellent casks from around the world, which we will explore in detail in this unique tasting. We will sample 5 whiskies from the Filey Bay range, alongside the tasty liquids that previously filled the casks they were matured in.
