Chew Valley Distillery, located on the border between Bristol and Bath, UK, produces this distinctive rum in collaboration with New Bristol Brewery. Crafted entirely from scratch, the rum is fermented from sugarcane molasses using a proprietary blend of yeast strains and pot-distilled in a 150L copper pot still. Bottled at 42% ABV, this is a full-strength rum—not a liqueur.
The Cinder Toffee Rum offers a rich profile with intense toffee aromas and sweet, burnt sugar notes on the palate, culminating in a long rum finish.
