Chichibu London Edition 2026

Chichibu is a true craft distillery founded in Japan in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto. Unique in their use of Mizunara oak washbacks, and revered for their commitment to traceability, and control of the whisky making process, this is a highly sought after single malt. 

Chichibu London Edition 2026 is a marriage of 16 casks, made up of largely first and refill bourbon barrels, but also containing 2 wine casks from New Zealand and California. The resulting whisky really lets Chichibu's spirit character shine with plenty of big fruity flavours of zesty grapefruit and juicy peaches, alongside richer notes of honey, whipped cream and custard.
