City Borders Pure White Rum

City Borders Spirit Co. operates from Chew Valley Distillery on the Somerset border between Bristol and Bath, UK. They produce their rum entirely in-house, using local Cheddar spring water and sustainably sourced sugarcane molasses. The distillery is powered by renewable energy, and each bottle is hand-labeled with biodegradable materials and sealed with a wooden cork. 

Pure Single White Rum is a clear, triple-distilled spirit produced entirely from scratch. The fermentation lasts 12–14 days using a custom yeast blend, and it's distilled twice to achieve the right heart cuts before final spirit distillation. Bottled at 43% ABV and lightly filtered, it features vanilla and coconut notes, with a smooth texture and a subtle spice finish—ideal for cocktails or neat sipping.
