Conker Distillery, founded in 2014 in Bournemouth, Dorset, is Dorset’s first gin distillery. They focus on crafting all-natural, small-batch spirits using locally foraged botanicals and sustainable practices.

Conker Raspberry Gin is the distillery’s first fruit-forward release, created by infusing their Dorset Dry Gin with ripe British raspberries—especially ones frozen at peak harvest to preserve flavour—without added flavourings or colours. This slow infusion yields pronounced tartness balanced by piney juniper, finishing with juicily fresh red fruit and a hint of citrus.
