Cooper King Distillery is a small Yorkshire producer focused on sustainability and transparency. They use English grain, local spring water, and distil everything on site using traditional copper stills. Their whiskies are made in micro-batches with a strong focus on flavour development through unusual grains and interesting casks.

Embers is a distinctive single grain whisky made from corn, giving it a rounded, creamy character. It was finished in ex-peated casks, layering in a gentle smoke over sweet vanilla and toasted cereal. Made in extremely limited quantities, this is an experimental take on English grain.
