Produced at the Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados, Doorly's XO is initially aged in ex-bourbon casks for 5 to 6 years, followed by a secondary maturation in ex-sherry casks. Like all Doorly's rums, it's bottled without any added sweeteners or flavourings.
