Dr. Squid Gin

From Cornish distillery Pocketful of Stones comes this very fun, unique gin made with real squid ink, and presented in a beautiful copper flask engraved with images representing the local wildlife and folklore of Penzance. 

The gin is black when poured and turns pink when mixed with tonic. It's also very tasty, with a nice tart note coming from the addition of sea buckthorn, and a sweet, round texture coming from vanilla.
