Fielden Fieldnotes | Hedgerow Rye Whisky

Fielden are using exclusively heritage grains grown using regenerative farming techniques, to create full flavoured, sustainably made whiskies. The Fieldnotes series was created as a love letter to the fields that make the whisky, and Hedgerow is the first of these expressions, celebrating the diversity of the English hedgerow: rosehips, berries, blossoms and hazel. 

Created at their Oxford distillery, this whisky is made using the Fielden signature mashbill, crafted on their hybrid still and matured for a minimum of 39 months in American Oak, Sauternes and a very special Vintage Port Cask, for delicious fruity, jammy flavours.
