Fielden Hedgerow

Fielden is a grain-to-glass distillery based in Somerset, founded on traditional English farming and distilling methods. They grow and mill their own heritage corn on-site and use a hybrid still to create distinctive small-batch spirits. With full traceability and a focus on terroir, Fielden brings agricultural roots into every bottle.

Hedgerow is a limited seasonal release that blends their house Fielden corn spirit with locally foraged fruits and botanicals. It’s a fresh and vibrant expression, designed to highlight the natural sweetness of the corn alongside tart berries, hedgerow florals, and soft spice. Ideal as a sipping dram or a summery highball.
