Filey Bay Double Oak #2 is a coastal single malt whisky from Spirit of Yorkshire matured in a combination of first-fill Bourbon and virgin American oak casks. This maturation method imparts a balance of creamy vanilla sweetness and spicy oak character.

The whisky is full-bodied with flavours of vanilla fudge, orchard fruit, toasted spice, and a fresh sea breeze note that reflects its coastal origins.
