Filey Bay Porter Cask

Filey Bay is produced by Spirit of Yorkshire, an independent distillery located on the Yorkshire coast. Established in 2017, it uses 100% Yorkshire barley and coastal maturation to create whiskies with maritime influence and distinctive character.

This edition was finished in porter beer-seasoned casks sourced from a local Yorkshire brewery. The porter cask finish adds roasted malt, chocolate, and subtle bitterness to the base spirit’s light coastal profile.
