The twenty-eighth release of the legendary Exceptional Cask Selection series is yet another gold-award winning rum from the equally as legendary Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. Using rums from their double retort pot-still and continuous twin column still, this release is a blend of three aged rums : a 14 year-old ex-bourbon cask, a 14 year-old ex-Madeira cask and a dual maturation that spent 4 years in ex-bourbon and a further 10 years in ex-Madeira casks. A complex process for a complex rum!
