Glasgow 1770 6 Year Old | Ruby Port Cask Finish

The Glasgow Distillery Company revived whisky-making in the city with its first still in 2015, continuing the legacy of the original Dundashill Distillery founded in 1770. Located in Hillington, the distillery emphasises traditional methods like slow distillation and long fermentation in copper pot stills using pure Loch Katrine water.

The 6 Year Old Ruby Port finish is matured for the first 3 years and 10 months of its life in ex-bourbon before finishing in ruby port casks giving rich sweet berry flavours of cherry bakewell and summer pudding.
