Glendalough Pot Still

Glendalough is a craft distillery founded in the Wicklow Mountains, drawing inspiration from Ireland’s monastic past and the natural beauty of the region. Known for both whiskey and botanical gins, the distillery champions traditional methods and Irish oak maturation.

Their Pot Still Whiskey is matured first in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in virgin Irish oak casks, sourced and coopered locally. This adds warming spice, green wood tannins, and a uniquely earthy edge to a classically creamy pot still base.
