Hatozaki Whisky Blended

Hatozaki is produced by the Kaikyō Distillery, located near the historic Akashi Strait in Hyogo Prefecture. Though the distillery itself is relatively new, the family behind it has been involved in sake brewing since 1856, and the whisky brand is named after Japan’s oldest operating lighthouse.

Hatozaki Blended Whisky is a lightly flavoured and approachable blend of malt and grain whiskies, ideal for highballs or casual sipping. It offers soft cereal notes, mild vanilla sweetness, and a hint of citrus zest.
