Hell's Stone Whisky

Pocketful of Stones distillery in Cornwall are making a wonderful variety of spirits, including single malt whisky, working with local breweries to create a high quality craft beer base for them to distill, before ageing in oak barrels in the shadow of St. Michael's Mount. 

Hell's Stone refers to the local legend of St. Michael striking down a dragon from hell, forcing it to drop the burning rock from it's talons - the rock formed Hell's Stone, or Helston.
