High West Whiskey Double Rye

High West was Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870, and quickly made a name for itself with bold, boundary-pushing blends. Based in Park City, it sources and blends whiskeys to create distinctive expressions with a modern western feel.

Double Rye blends two rye whiskeys of different ages, combining youthful spice with aged smoothness. Peppery, herbal and minty, it’s a dynamic dram that plays well in classic cocktails or on its own.
