Highball Masterclass with Elements of Islay

As we lead into Bristol Cocktail Weekend, we are delighted to be joined by the wonderful Jon Lister from Elixir Distillers to showcase the deliciously smoky flavours of Elements of Islay, and to show us how to use these flavours to craft the perfect highball. 

Elements of Islay is a range of blended malt whiskies that celebrate the diversity of flavour that make the little whisky isle so iconic. We will taste each of the whiskies from the range, alongside a highball cocktail that celebrates each expression. 

Jon is a true specialist in flavour and cocktail creation, with an incredible amount of knowledge to share. We're really looking forward to this!
