Chichibu London Edition 2025

Chichibu is a true craft distillery founded in Japan in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto. Unique in their use of Mizunara oak washbacks, and revered for their commitment to traceability, and control of the whisky making process, this is a highly sought after single malt. 

The Chichibu London Edition 2025 is the eighth release in the series - an exciting and always highly anticipated UK exclusive annual release. This edition has been bottled from just 10 casks: 8 bourbon barrels and 2 Oloroso sherry casks, including 2 casks filled with heavily peated spirit. The resulting whisky is beautifully rich, with well integrated smoke, dry fruit, spice and sweet vanilla.
