James Eadie was a Scottish brewer who founded his brewery in 1854. Known for his dedication and craftsmanship, Eadie’s family also created a unique blended Scotch whisky recipe, passed down through generations. The brand was revived in 2016 by his great-great-grandson, continuing the legacy with carefully selected single cask and small batch releases.
Ben Nevis is a historic Highland distillery known for producing rich and full-bodied single malts with a classic character. Its whiskies often showcase a balance of sweetness and spice, reflecting the rugged mountain environment. This expression was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, which adds depth and complexity to the flavours of warm cinnamon, roasted nuts, tropical fruits and a gentle, lingering finish.
