Port of Leith is an exciting new distillery based in the historic heart of Scotland's drinks trade. Their Leith Bond range celebrates the area's history, bottling exceptional single casks. Their own whisky is on the way soon! 

Staoisha is peated Bunnahabhain, and this single cask was matured in a single PX hogshead for 12 years. The result is absolutely wonderful: rich dark peat smoke, smoked bacon, maple syrup and sweet baking spices.
