Lochlea 6 Year Old

A very exciting release from Lochlea - this 6 year old whisky is the second of the farm distillery's limited age statement expressions, launched just in time for Burns Night. 

The Lowland distillery is on the site of the farm where Robert Burns lived and worked, and 100% of the whisky they create is made using their own barley. 

The Lochlea 6 Year Old is made up of 6 casks - 3 first-fill Bourbon casks and 3 first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts, is bottled at 50% and has flavours of honey, biscuits, vanilla custard, figs and milk chocolate.
