Lochlea 7 Year Old

Each year, Lochlea release a new, very limited age statement expression, increasing in age and corresponding cask quantity, showcasing the development of their beautiful young whisky. It is always released just in time for Burns Night, celebrating their tie to the great Bard himself, who spent the formative years of his life working on the farm where the grain-to-bottle distillery is now located. 

This year they have hand selected 7 exceptional first-fill Bourbon casks from 2018, allowing the distillery character to sing. We love stuff like this at Spirited - creamy, fruity, fresh and bursting with flavour.
