The final release in the Lochlea Fallow Edition series, this is one for the sherry fans. Celebrating the quiet post-harvest autumn period on the farm, this whisky has been matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts producing a whisky full of rich flavours of dates, chocolate and honey. 

Nestled in South Ayrshire, Scotland, Lochlea Distillery blends tradition with innovation, crafting single malt Scotch whiskies that reflect local terroir. With a 'field-to-bottle' ethos, they grow all their own barley and use nearby water sources. Meticulous cask selection and long fermentation produce whiskies that merge Scottish heritage with modernity, popular among enthusiasts.
