This mezcal is the first offering from Siete Misterios that is crafted in a copper still, departing from the traditional clay pot still used in their other mezcals.

True to Siete Misterios' style, each batch is overseen by a different mezcalero, and depending on the batch, your Doba-Yej bottle may originate from either Santiago Matatlan or San Luis del Rio. Be sure to inspect your bottle for these particulars.
