Nc'Nean Huntress | Lemon Meadow

Nc'Nean is a stunning independently owned distillery in the Western Highlands founded in 2017 by Annabel Thomas. Using only Scottish barley, the whisky is all certified organic, the company is B-Corp, and in 2021 they became the first whisky distillery in the UK to be verified as net zero carbon emissions for scope 1 and 2. Nc'Nean really have proved since opening that they are staunchly committed to sustainability and quality products, producing exceptional spirits in beautiful packaging. 

The Huntress series is where the team showcase their experimental projects at the distillery. Lemon Meadow uses Champagne yeast, which elevates the lemon and buttery flavours of this whisky
