Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Matthew

Nc'Nean is a stunning independently owned distillery in the Western Highlands founded in 2017 by Annabel Thomas. Using only Scottish barley, the whisky is all certified organic, the company is B-Corp, and in 2021 they became the first whisky distillery in the UK to be verified as net zero carbon emissions for scope 1 and 2. Nc'Nean really have proved since opening that they are staunchly committed to sustainability and quality products, producing exceptional spirits in beautiful packaging. 

The Quiet Rebels series celebrates a different member of the Nc'Nean team with a new release each year. This time, it's blender Matthew's turn, and he's a huge fan of dry sherry, so Manzanilla casks take the lead here, with a touch of bourbon cask and a little Oloroso sherry making for a delicious sweet and salty treat.
