This is our first ever exclusive single cask of rum selected for Spirited, by the team here. This cask stood out to us for its spirit forward character, showcasing delightful tropical flavours of pineapple, coconut and mango alongside buttery cake mix, baking spices and fudge. Aged tropically for 4 years in bourbon cask, it was then moved to Ferrand's warehouses in France to finish its maturation first in cognac cask, and then in a French-American hybrid oak cask. A complicated journey for a delightfully understated rum. Only available from Spirited in the UK.
