Raasay Single Marsala Cask 21/617 | Spirited x Hideout x Penny Bottling

This bottling marks an exciting milestone for Spirited and is a celebration of whisky friendship and community. We travelled to the Isle of Raasay in March 2025 with the whisky-loving bar teams from The Hideout and Penny to pick this single cask, which we unanimously selected for its exceptional quality. 

The Isle of Raasay is a stunning place: rugged, ancient and full of wildlife, history and great stories. The distillery is crafting wonderful whisky that is a true homage to the island and its people, inspired by its surroundings and creating a new hub of activity in this tiny, sparsely populated location. 

This single unpeated Marsala cask was selected for its unique character and delicious rich flavours of dark chocolate, dates and sweet figgy pudding.
