Redbreast Lustau Edition

Redbreast is a beloved single pot still whiskey made at the Midleton Distillery, known for its full-bodied style and sherried richness. The brand dates back to the early 1900s, with long-standing ties to wine merchants Gilbey’s of Dublin.

The Lustau Edition is matured initially in bourbon and sherry casks before a final finish in Bodegas Lustau first-fill oloroso sherry butts. This adds intense dried fruit and nutty richness to the already creamy pot still profile.
