A truly independent local distillery, created by Pete Lumber, The Spirit of Bristol is a business dedicated to creating quality craft products, committed to sustainability, community building and quality - everything we believe in at Spirited. 

The Hotwells Spice is inspired by Bristol's spice trading past, and marries together cubeb, grains of paradise, citrus and herbaceous notes for a lovely Christmassy tasting spirit.
