Stauning KAOS is a triple malt whisky, which means they've blended their signature rye malt, single malt, and a heather and peat-smoked single malt together to create a flavourful and bold whisky that is then matured in virgin American white oak barrels and first-fill fortified wine and spirits casks. Made from 100% locally sourced, floor-malted Danish rye and barley, and double distilled in 24 small, direct-fired copper pot stills, KAOS delivers rich layers of smoke, spice, and sweet citrus fruits.
