Suntory Malt Hakushu Distillers Reserve

Nestled deep in the forests of Mount Kaikomagatake, the Hakushu Distillery was established by Suntory in 1973 as the company's second distillery. Known for its verdant surroundings and crisp alpine climate, Hakushu has developed a reputation for producing distinctly fresh and herbaceous whiskies that contrast with the smoky or sherried styles found elsewhere in Japan.

The Distiller’s Reserve is a no-age-statement single malt crafted from lightly peated and non-peated whiskies, offering a clean, green profile with subtle layers of smoke. It’s a refreshing style that brings to mind fresh-cut herbs, yuzu peel, and softly smoked orchard fruit.
