The English 9 Year Old Single Cask : Cyder Cask

A fun single cask bottling from The English Distillery in Norfolk, in collaboration with local All Day Brewing. Oak casks were lent to the brewery to mature their cyder, before being returned to allow for the whisky to have a secondary maturation in delicious cyder conditioned casks. The result is, as we'd expect, big and apple-y! Incredibly limited single cask release. Grab one while you can!
